FDH-40-C is a power junction box for hazardous areas. This single-inlet junction box is used to connect power cables, heating cables and cold end cables. Depending on the system configuration, the junction box can accommodate one heating cable/cold end cable and one power cable. Cable connections are made via DIN rail-mounted cage clamp terminals. The junction box can be fixed to the wall or to a pipe using four mounting holes on the bottom of the box. Use one of the standard brackets (stainless steel brackets) to fix the pipe.
Parameter Meaning
Rated voltage refers to the maximum voltage value at which the junction box can work stably for a long time. AC 220V/380V means that the junction box is suitable for single-phase or three-phase AC 220V or 380V circuits.
Rated current refers to the maximum current value at which the junction box can work stably for a long time. 40A means that the maximum current suitable for the junction box is 40A.
Cable nozzle thread refers to the thread specification at the cable entrance of the junction box. G1/2 means that the junction box is suitable for cables with an outer diameter of 1/2 inches.
Explosion-proof mark Indicates the explosion-proof performance of the junction box. EⅡCT4 means that the junction box is suitable for factory explosive gas mixture environment. T4 represents the temperature group.
Protection level Indicates the protection capability of the junction box. IP66 means that the junction box has good dust and water resistance.
