Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) sampling workflows require extracted flue‑gas samples to maintain temperature consistently above dew‑point during long‑distance transmission; otherwise, water‑vapour condensation will dissolve acidic components, distort detection readings and corrode analytical instruments. Pre‑fabricated heat‑traced sampling composite tubing bundles integrate heating elements (self‑regulating, constant‑power or MI mineral‑insulated heating options), sample transport tubes, protective shielding and auxiliary sensor cables within unified outer jackets. Anti‑corrosion‑grade composite tubing adopts special fluoropolymer liner material to resist corrosive sulphur‑containing, halogen‑containing flue‑gas components from coal‑fired power stations, waste‑treatment incinerators and chemical‑plant exhaust stacks. Factory pre‑assembly minimises field wiring work and lowers on‑site installation errors. Complete composite‑pipe product lines include MI‑insulated heat‑traced composite pipelines, HGW parallel constant‑power composite pipelines and self‑regulating heat‑traced composite tubes. Supporting PT100 temperature sensors feed real‑time line‑temperature data back to control cabinets for automatic thermal‑output adjustment. Such integrated sampling‑line solutions are increasingly preferred by global environmental‑engineering contractors for emissions‑monitoring projects.
