As the new energy sector continues to scale globally, reliable thermal management has become a critical factor in the performance, safety, and service life of batteries, energy storage units, and power electronics. A comprehensive range of heating elements is engineered to meet these requirements with application-optimized form factors and thermal characteristics.
The product portfolio covers multiple technology platforms to suit different design requirements. Silicone heating pads offer uniform heat distribution and mechanical flexibility for surface heating of irregular components. PTC flexible heating pads and PTC ceramic heating plates leverage positive temperature coefficient technology to self-limit maximum temperature, enhancing inherent safety and eliminating overheating risks without additional control circuitry.
For space-constrained electronic assemblies, PI metal heating films and PTC heating films provide ultra-thin, lightweight construction with excellent thermal conductivity, making them suitable for integration into compact battery modules, control boards, and sensor packages. Epoxy heating plates and air-conditioning PTC heaters are also available for higher-power structural heating and HVAC-related thermal applications.
These heating components deliver precise temperature control while minimizing energy consumption, supporting the overall efficiency targets of new energy systems. By maintaining optimal operating temperatures in cold climates, they help improve battery charge and discharge performance, extend equipment lifespan, and reduce cold-start failures. Their design flexibility also allows custom sizing and shaping to match specific equipment layouts, supporting faster product development and system integration for new energy manufacturers.
